InClasso is designed for children aged 8-17. All users under 13 must have explicit parental consent. Users 13-17 must have parental awareness and approval for account creation.

4. Prohibited Activities

Users retain rights to content they create but grant InClasso a license to use, modify, and display content as necessary for platform operation. All platform code, design, and trademarks remain property of InClasso.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend accounts that violate these terms, pose safety risks, or engage in inappropriate behavior. Users may delete their accounts at any time through account settings.
