Safety at InClasso
InClasso is built for young people. Here is how we help keep Youth safe, and how anyone can tell us about a problem.
How we help keep Youth safe
- A parent or guardian must approve a Youth account before it can be used.
- Posts, comments and chat messages go through automated safety checks, and content that breaks our rules can be blocked or removed.
- Youth can only chat one-to-one with people they are connected to as contacts, and parents decide whether their child can message people outside their school.
- Anyone can report a post, comment, message or account. Reports go to our safety team for review.
- Youth can block or mute anyone. Blocking stops messages and hides each other's posts; muting quietly hides someone's posts.
Tools for parents and guardians
Parents and guardians can see their child's activity, set screen-time limits, choose whether their child can post or go Live, and decide whether their child can use Gems and gifts. Sign in and open Safety in the parent portal to find each control.
Gifts and Gems
Gems can't buy attention or friendship. Asking or pressuring anyone to send gifts or Gems is against our rules and can be reported.
How to report a concern
If you have an InClasso account: press Report on the post, comment, message or profile, or use the Safety Centre in your account.
If you don't have an account (for example a parent, teacher or member of the public): email safety@inclasso.com with a link to what you saw and what happened.
If someone is in immediate danger, contact your local emergency services first.
