What happens when I hit my student limit?
We notify you at 85% usage. At the limit, you cannot add more students until you upgrade — your existing data is never deleted.
Is there a free trial for paid plans?
Starter and Growth include a 14-day free trial. Enterprise gets a 30-day trial. No credit card required for the Free plan.
How are add-ons billed?
Add-ons are charged separately on the same billing cycle as your school plan. Add or remove at any time.
